How do I install-Coloefexpro4 & SketchbookExpress2011_SP2 into Photoshop CS6

And Lightroom 4.1. These were included in a software bundle when I purchased a Wacom Tablet? Or, do I want to install them?

As you can tell, I'm not up on all this stuff!
