DSLR vs Mirrorless

Ok, so I'm on to buy a camera to replace my Pentax K10D. The question is: which one? Dslr or Mirrorless?!?
The Mirrorless has a few positive things:
-Small size and weight
-Great and accurate AF
-No problems with AF micro adjust
-Great IQ almost as good as APS-C
-EVF (for some)

DSLR has its advantages too:
-APS-C sensor
-Better tracking AF (maybe not Pentax...)
-OVF (for some)

It seems that the mirrorless system beats by far the dslr system, so why isn't everyone going for mirrorless cameras?

I wanted to buy a high quality camera. On the mirrorless side I was thinking on the OM-D, on the DSLR side I was thinking on the Pentax K-5, Canon 7D or Nikon D7000, but the Olympus always seems better than any of those.

So, what are the pros and cons on the mirrorless vs dslr??
