Considering Buying an NEX-7: Questions

Okay, so, here's a couple more I have:

1) I can't seem to find a consensus on the start-up time in this thread. Some say it's slow, other say it's fast. What's going on here?

2) Is there anything else that's actually wrong with the camera?
