That 0.9 electron figure for ISO 3200 on the S100 appears to be a mistake.

Don't know, maybe it's the 1.8 e- figure that's a mistake. The S100 read noise decreases steadily from 2.3 e- at iso200 to 0.9 e- at iso3200, and then it suddenly doubles to 1.8 e- at iso6400.

I wouldn't trust figures calculated on such small electron counts too much.
