The best close-up lens?

Sorry if this is have been discussed before, didn´t find much in the arcive. I´m wondering about wich macro lens adapter/filter (close-up) to get? The Raynox DCR-250 and DCR-150 seems to be very popular - are they considered to be the best and what about Panasonics DMW-LC55? There is a difference in magnification ofcourse but what about the sharpness between these?
