If you don't want to do it in post, you just have to use a snoot and play with the distance to choose the size on the spot you want on the wall, and adjust the power consequently. Adding a grid to the snoot will make the circle even tighter and it's edges harder.
This is going to be pretty harsh light, so you might not want to put a female model in front of it to create shadows. I've seen it done beautifully, but it's pretty easy to miss.
