Ruined My Day

I took your advice and checked with B&H to see if i could convince them to send me another one immediately. They had aldeady been notified by UPS and added me to the top of the list for the NEXT delivery of OEM5s. Not a single one left, so they say. Anyway they were every nice ans said they would do what they could to expidite. I was satisfied with the customer service.
