video & stills at same time?

I need a camera that does Hi-Def video AND can capture full resolution stills at the same time, without interrupting the video 'flow'. Stills would optimally be RAW, but jpegs are acceptable too. I know the Nikon V/J1 can do this, but dont want a tiny sensor. I need APS-C or larger.
Does it exist?
