What kit to take to the Olympics?

Yes, I've been reading similar articles, including the "fact sheet" from the 2012 website: http://www.london2012.com/mm/Document/Documents/General/01/25/44/06/Prohibitedandrestricteditemslists_Neutral.pdf (bit about photog equipment om second page)

I've just measured my E5 with 50/200 and 70/300 attached and they both fall under the 30cm limit as long as not fully zoomed!

So I think I'd be OK with anything from list....
