85m 1.4G + dull weather = nice surprise

Last weekend I headed south to my favourite getaway from Bangkok, the lovely beaches of Dolphin Bay area but the weather was very dull and rainy.

I was feeling frustrated for not taking any shots but decided to snap a few pics of my daughter before driving back to Bangkok.

I was not expecting nothing nice so, only today I checked the memory card and to my surprise there are a couple of shots that look very nice to me.

I am very glad that Nikon fixed the left AF issue my camera had (D800) as I mostly use the outer AF points as is the case in these pic.

I know, this is my first prime and I feel I am under a spell, This is the lens I am using 95% of the time and can´t stop using it wide open as I don't mind a little softness.

Wonderful lens IMHO.
