It seems he never figured out and guess D800 is a waste for him. He only cares about amount of pixels and myth of DR and completely ignore sensor format, the #1 decisive factor.

In reality D3200 IQ even not close to 5D2/5D3 that better in every way - better color tonality and smoother rendition, better natural sharpness, better highlight clipping and shadow noise (before pulling) and better high ISO.

Any lenses that can be used in both FF and crop are clearly better on FF even from the same lens. Check DXO lens comparison, any lens on crop cannot match to the same lens on FF or similar lens on FF from the perspective of system resolution (fine detail actually). I happen have a chart in another thread between D7000 and 5D but similar between D3200 and 5D2/5D3

You'll see all kinds of weird answers. Right or wrong those people always say you pay the full frame price for the IQ, everything else is not important. All of sudden IQ is not important any more when Canon's full frame IQ is behind other full frame or aps-c cameras.

Lol, your silly If the only thing you loose between the d3200 and the d800 for $2300 less is one stop in dynamic range then why would anyone buy the d800?
