I agree that int he JPGs the Fuji has more "pop" especially on low contrast details and a lot less destructive denoising algorithm. The Oly for me still has the better colours, with a lot more "realistic" rendering of red hues which I often find too bright and saturated in the Fuji. Played around with JPG settings till I dropped, those issues just have to be accepted.

Once in RAW, all of this goes away though and if I wouldn't see the difference in resolution and aspect ratio, it's pretty much perfectly the same for me, independent of the chosen ISO value.

So yes, I understand that quite some people prefer the ooc results from the Fuji, I like it very much myself too.
