Saving up for a lens: 24-70 or 70-200?

I came across a little extra cash and I'm deciding between the Nkion 24-70 or the Nikon 70-200.

A little background:

I currently have the D7000 with the following lenses: Sigma 10-20mm, Nikon 35mm 1.8, Nikon 85 1.8, and Nikon 18-200.

I eventually want to go to FX.

I've used both lenses a good amount. I'm leaning toward the 70-200 for the following reason: I have the 35 1.8 (not the best lens but good enough). I figure, if i get the 50mm 1.4 that should cover me on the short end if i just use a little sneaker zoom. I dont have a low fstop lens on the long end other then the 85...

Any thoughts? Anyother options i should consider?
