7D, 60D, Rebel T3i in terms of IQ only

Primarily portraits and events, mostly at upper ISO (800, 1600, 3200), never any jpeg processing within camera (RAW + Lightroom or DPP or ACR conversion/processing).

The only thing I could think of that might make a difference with IQ under this scenario are microlenses, which can make quite a difference in upper ISO noise signatures. But from the samples here at DPP, I see no appreciable differences.

I just wondered if anyone here upgraded from a 600D to the 60D or 7D and found any noticeable improvement in IQ when working with RAW files.
