Lightroom 4 on 2 different macs

Hi Guys,
I have a iMac with Lightroom 4 on it and I am taking a macbook air with lightroom 4 on it away on holidays with me. I will be importing the photos I take on holidays on to my macbook air and editing them as I go.
Can I when I get home transfer these original and edited images on to my iMac without any worries?
