Don't think you can do this directly in Lightroom but I may be wrong.

However why don't you open your RAW file in Olympus Viewer, click on the RAW menu button then the Basic 2 button. Then go down to the Art Filter button and select i-Enhance filter. Save the file as a TIFF. Then import the TIFF into Lightroom and do your other adjustments.
