Dennis, forget trying to calibrate your D70. This kit on Amazon is for calibrating your Computer Monitor!

Just tweak your D70 settings until you get natural pleasing results! The D70 is quite conservative in it's factory state. It's metering is good but will tend to underexpose to preserve highlights from being blown and the colours may be a little dull. So an increase in colour settings and contrast may be beneficial.

Many owners at the time this camera was introduced often downloaded and applied custom curves to enhance this cameras' performance. I did so myself with a curve called Reala. In fact I still have it set in my D70. Although, now a back up to my D300 it still gives good results.
