I wish there were more options for the AEB also...as I understand it there's only a choice between 5 and 7 shots with a max exposure of + - 2 on the EM-5. Can anyone confirm this? I really only need 3 shots most of the time and it's easier to work with less shots on the camera too.

You choices are:

2f at .03ev, .07ev, or 1.0ev
3f at (ditto)
5f at (ditto)
7f at .03ev or .07ev
