Getting Control of the Wedding

As the photographer who is hired for the wedding, you are entitled to take control. If people are out of your way, kindly ask them to step out of the way for the time being so you can do you job. I don't think there's any way to stop people from taking pictures with their iPhones, it's the new thing and it can't be helped. The more you do weddings, the more you will get used to being in control. It is hard at first but things will get easier.
