Remember that that camera makes and uses a small JPEG to display on the screen, whereas when you are looking on your computer you're looking either at the RAW file or a large JPEG depending on your settings. In any case, most shots will look sharp on a tiny 3" screen unless they are quite badly OOF.
If on your computer you are looking at the 100% view ( in DPP terms ) then most images will not look sharp - try using 50% view to get a better feel. Also, what happens if you apply some sharpening to your images - do they look good then ?
