An f5.6 lens is an f5.6 lens. It is S L O W no matter which system it is mounted on.

So, the f/5.6 lens on my compact is just as useful in difficult shooting conditions as an f/5.6 lens on 4/3. So why bother with 4/3? It is, after all, enormous and hard to carry by comparison.

And personally, I prefer to never move off base ISO...

Ah...always shooting outside in the daytime, and/or never shooting moving subjects I see. Might as well stick with that compact!

and DoF is not something I spend my time worrying about, unless, of course, I do not have enough of it
