OT: Need help with evening photo spots in New York City

Well since this is my usual place

I have a layover on the way to Haiti next Friday in Newark. Since its an overnight I thought I would take the Airtrain into Penn Station from the Airport for the evening and take a few pics.

Usually in New York I have time and just go to the most obvious spots for photos. But since I have only a few hours (I land at 6:30pm and need to sleep at some point before my flight the next morning!).

So rather than feel like I am running from edge to edge of the island, I thought I would ask about great spots for photos (and just hang-out, food, etc) near Penn Station in Manhattan that would be cool?
