Selecting two separate AF points on the 5d3?
Jun 4, 2012

Hi all,

I have recently bought a 5d3, after using a 50D for 2 1/2 years. The 61AF points will take a little getting use to as i have never used so many - the 50d has 9!

Anyway, i have become familiar with the different AF modes - my question is, is it possible to select two separate points in the viewfinder, say i am shooting two people sitting at a table, both looking at me and i want the focus points to be over both of their faces? I understand i could use all 61 af points but I'm just curious as to whether i can select two separate points at one time.

Cheers
