World's Cutest Dog

I agree that an external flash would be best, with bounce lighting, if possible. However, in my defense, sometimes when my dog is doing something worth photographing, she just won't wait for me to get all the right equipment ready.That's when its nice to have the built in flash. None of the photos of the dog are posed.
