ISO 200 noise. is it my monitor?

Some of that isn't noise.

Some of that is weaker stars in the Milky Way showing themselves in the long exposure. Some of it's noise. But there's too much brightness variation in what appears to be "grain" for it simply to be noise.

You can rule out issues with your monitor, by the way, if the structure of the "noise" moves with the image as you drag it around on the screen.
