While it's true that the K-01 is larger than almost all MILC bodies, I think too many 'reviewers' are discounting the fact that since it uses a K-mount, you can use already available and EXCELLENT and SMALL lenses like the DA15, DA21, DA40, FA43, DA70, FA77.

Coupled with the above lenses, it'll come in at roughly the same size as most MILC set-ups, the exception being m43rd rangefinder-esque bodies paired with the m43rds pancakes.

Although I think if Pentax had somehow thrown-in an EVF, the K-01 would absolutely kick ass. The Fuji XPro1 is larger than the K-01, though thinner, but it had an EVF/OVF, and I don't see anyone complaining about the 'large' size.
