Why are the F3 files so much larger than the XPro 1 and the 5D?

I may be missing something basic but shouldn't the 5D Mk II at FF and 22 mp have the largest files? Than would come the XPro 1 at 16 mp and a crop sensor.

And I confess I know nothing about the Sony.

Other than that puzzling me I would expect the results to be spot on to what you show......the F3 has the worst IQ and the 5D the best but the Xpro 1 is plenty good.
