gf3 for newbie.. came with the 14-42 mega ois kit lens, should i buy the power 14-42?

real newbie..so far love the camera.. got a great price online w/the mega ois 14-42.. if i purchase the more expensive power ois 14-42mm, will a beginner like myself notice a big difference in photos? or am i better off taking that extra money and buying the 175 or 200 mm zoom lens? i do want a longer zoom lens to go with the 14-42mm.. im so confused with all these lens types.. i see they offer a power ois at 175mm and 200mm at just mega..what is the difference? or should i take the money and buy the 14-42 power ois lens first? sorry about all these questions.
