60D 18-135 kit or 60D 18-200 kit

I am leaning towards buying a 60D kit from Costco, with bag, hdmi cable, SD card and an 18-200 lens.

But, I have read a few negative reviews about this lens and some suggestions that the 18-135 lens is a better bet.

Who has had the 18-200 lens? It is only a $50.00 USD difference between the two; the 60D with 18-135 or 60D with 18-200 that is....
