Yep, but it requires the lens used to be a Canon lens from the supported list AND its profile needs to be loaded into the camera (using the EOS utility).

So - the answer is: Yes, the Canon 5D mk III can apply lens correction for select Canon lenses. This requires the appropriate configuration on the camera.
