Anyone moved from a D200 to a D7000??

Since it now seems as if a D400 will not happen, does it make sense to upgrade from my 6+ year old D200 to a D7000?? The D200 rocks at base ISO, I really consider it a digital Provia engine, but it seems as if the new sensors have considerable IQ advantages. Has anyone made this move and what are your thoughts.
