Corel Paintshop Pro X4 Service Pack 2

I used Corel Paintshop Pro X4 Ult this morning and was exiting an hour ago when I found Corel wanted to load Service Pack 2. I allowed it to do so and it took quite a time for the update to install. On restarting, I found my customised toolbar settings had disappeared.

That aside, I can’t see what has changed, including the RAW editor, which remains totally unusable for Sony A77 images. I have looked on the web and can find nothing. Even Corel’s site is still showing a description of Service Pack 1 as the last entry. Has anyone here got any idea what has changed?
