hx20v pixely photos?

I'm new here

I just brought a hx20v camera on the weekend and i notice the photos seem pixely and not too clear. when i put them on my pc they look waterpainted or pixely
my only 4mp camera seem to took clearer photos

i seen great photos on here taken my this camera and want to know what is wrong with me?
