To Raw or not to Raw.. that is the question

I've been a RAW shooter forever, including my previous Nikon D700 system. I have to admit that I've gotten used to the Fuji presets and enjoy the results most of the time. Since installing the Lightroom update I've been experimenting with RAW+jpeg and comparing the results side by side. It's pretty hard to replicate the preset looks and I'm wondering about the benefits of shooting RAW and the time involved trying to achieve that great Fuji look.

Part of what I've been enjoying is that unique Fuji color. If I can't easily replicate it I'm wondering if it makes more sense to keep shooting jpeg.

I'm just looking for ideas. What do you think?
