D800 died on me :-(

Yesterday I was taking pictures with my new D800 and a Nikon 70-200, and decided to change the lens to put my 14-24.
Just after changing the lens I took a few pictures before realizing that those picture were black and that my D800 was writing a message "err" on the top screen...
I tried to change the lens, took off the batteries, the SD and CF cards, even changed the SD card for another one... Nothing worked...
It doesn't work only in Picture mode, when I tried it in Video mode it worked...
Did that happened to someone else?
My D800 is on his way back to nikon
