S100 owners, was the upgrade from S90 /S95 worth it? Help me decide!

I recently sold a camera and now have $250 credit toward purchasing a new camera. I'm debating whether to buy the S95 or the S100; I'm gravitating to the latter (the camera is on sale at Best Buy for $378.99). However, I'm a little hesitant to buy teh S100 due to the following concerns that have been addressed by some owners on Amazon and other camera review sites:

1.) Soft pictures - Do you have to tweak the settings and/or post-process to boost the sharpness of the pictures every time? S95 is said to be sharper. Color accuracy, would you say the S100 is as good, if not better, than the S95?

2.) Blurry corners - Is this true?

3.) Washed colors in low light pictures

4.) Clicking noise detected when playing the video - is this very common?

5.) Battery life is said to be pretty bad. I don't really plan to use the GPS feature.
