newbie white balance/color correction

I was wondering if this is possible --

Say you have a picture with proper white balance and nice colors. Now you take a picture of the same person in the same clothes at a different location where you can't get a grey card shot. Is there a way to use the color of a piece of clothing in the good shot, and somehow match that in the problem shot to get a proper color balance?
