The file structure of the memory card is split into 3 Folders: DCIM, MISC & PRIVATE.
Under private you will find a sub folder: AVCHD, with 3 sub-folders: AVHCDTN, BDMV & IISVPL.
In the BDMV folder there are more sub-folders, and amoungst which is STREAM, there is the movie file/s.
Convoluted but they are there and start at 00000 and increment for each file.
Hope that helps, I did this via a SD Card Reader, but I guess would be similar via the camera. Just noticed I did this for the GF1 - my LX is not with me, but hopefully is the same.
