Does your rear screen get easily scratched?

I always use GSS screen protectors on my DSLR's. Waiting for one for the V1 and I noticed today my V1 screen is full of mini micro scratches. I assumed that this screen had a hard glass cover like my D700/D800's.

Has anyone else had this problem? Please check your screens.
