I hope its a good combo! i have the f2.8 70-200 IS L II and my 15-85 should arrive on wednesday, using my T2i (same sensor). So far the 70-200 is the best glass i've seen, and the test shots over at

Show that the 15-85 is a VERY sharp lens, I do in fact love the 2.8, so i will miss that a little I think, but bang for your buck and having that kind of range in two lenses will be well worth it... i hope...
