Whatever blah blah blah, I know Canon APS-C unable to deliver such photos. I have seen many stunning portrait and landscape photos from 5Dc that are in different league from what I have seen from APS-C world in general.

Close-up portrait is an excellent sample that can tell difference of IQ easier than a building under bright sunlight. 5Dc is well known for its stellar skin tone, creamier smoothness color rendition and better natural sharpness. There is no need to pull shadow in extreme 4-5 stops in all my cameras and 99% of shooters that will not result to better photos but surreal look. But I have no problem to pull 5Dc photos moderately to have better photos. Extreme shadow pulling is a bad photography technique.

DXO test clearly shows FF 5Dc still outresolves today 18mp APS-C

5Dc still has better high ISOs than any today's APS-C such as D7000. You know a picture worth more than thousand words, lol
