Show Your Snaps...May 28, 2012
May 28, 2012

We invite you again to show your own snapshots or even choice pictures. Remember it's all about the enjoyment of taking pictures regardless of what we have. We can learn from each other and it's fun to share too.

On Saturday as I did last week, I found many flowers in Portland, Oregon. I could show those also if anyone is interested. I found that the 55-250mm IS lens takes excellent pictures of them with the high F-stops (just as I can do with my Zuiko 70-300mm lens with my other Olympus DSLR camera). I'm able to get great depth of field that way.

There were many things to photograph as I walked around the waterfront in our city of Portland, Oregon on a partly cloudy day. Here's a few that I liked...I hope you like them too. I accidentally had the ISO level too low, but the shutter speed was still fast enough. Riding along on one of those Segway PTs looks like fun.

We will start a new thread for this every week now due to the popularity. I'll be sure to comment also to your images, if you choose to share. Thanks everyone for your participation.
