Hi. I got a D700. From the camera I checked the shutter count as 57753. But the buyer claimed that it is very new, and it should be about 1xxxx only. He said that he has taken the camera to Nikon to clean the sensor but otherwise did nothing. He claimed to buy it on 12/25/2010. And then he said he didn't ask Nikon to replace the shutter.
Do you think if he is telling the truth?
