Impossible. Lenses are optimized for 3:2 ratio. Rear end of many pentax lenses is rectangular, but not square + all petal-shaped lens hoods are designed for 3:2 ratio.

1.5 crop APS-C sensor size is perfect.

Want bigger? Get 645D or go with canikon.
