Dust is UNDER the focusing screen

Any jackass can blow dust off the mirror and the exposed side of the focusing screen. What I have found on my 5D Mark III's is dust under the focusing screen. That can't be blown/cleaned off. That's an issue of Canon not keeping the clean parts of their cameras clean during production.
