Can you say whether the new Canon system will allow you to use a flash meter in manual mode? As you know that's how the Pocket Wizard's work with the Sekonic meter (or you can just test fire?). I looked at the Phottix radio system however according to one review it sets of pre-flashes (as if in TTL mode) so you can't flash meter.
