1) FF sensor with microlenses adjustment (36Mp or rumored 24Mp, don't particularly care about it). Ideally multilayer one, foveon-like.

2) NEX-7 styled body with revamped controls (get rid of movie button at first). + another one wheel in the front.

3) Larger VF (say, MF VF size) with same or even more dense than truefinder today.
4) Built in accelerometer for better user experience (see point 2 in firmware)
5) Touchscreen
6) EVF ↔ back LCD switch button on EVF

7) Swivel back LCD (or translate video stream translation to mobile devices), tiltable EVF

Firmware (that's the main point IMO).

1) Ability to show RAW data histogram instead of JPG: the latter is not particularly accurate, with RAW one I'll know I won't lose any info or minimize losses.

2) Use accelerometer combined with pattern recognition to track chosen AF point or magnification area. For example, with the following workflow: point a target in a center of the frame, fix it with double shutter touch, then recompose. Camera should track the chosen point with acceptable accuracy (+ ability to set lens FL manually for MF lenses, in order to easily set magnification area). Plus easy method to make chose point permanent and easy method to reset it to the frame center.

3) Get rid of monkey screen mode "wheel", use faster approach (icons, menus, etc)
4) Bracketing options (amount of shots, bracketing step, center exposure)

5) Keep developing MF assistants. Peaking is nice, but it's not good enough. Research and implement full DOF indication, that would be fantastic!

6) Use recent advancement in S-transform usage for fast image-based AF, that would be fantastic as well (and would make SLTs pointless).
