I recently sold my panleica 45 macro because I wasn't comfortable with its working distance at max magnification and with its focus ring. While I'm waiting for a different solution (I'm searching a tamron 90mm f2.8 with aperture ring) I'm trying something else.
I bought the kenko dg tubes for MFT which work fine (but they come without caps), and I'm using a reversed olympus 24mm lens. Here are some samples.
1. This is taken with zuiko 45mm 1.8 with both kenko tube:
2. same spider with reversed 24mm. I'm using it with a canon ef adapter (I don't have a MFT reversing ring) and I think the adapter works as extension tube: it is about 1 cm deep:
