Using a focusing rail like that to keep magnification constant results in an orthographic projection. A rail that produces a perspective projection would have to coordinate magnification change with focus change. I don't think such a rail exists. It would need to be lens-specific.

This lens is 2nd to none if you want huge magnification. I'm older and can't handhold like I could in my younger days.
