S5 Pro Advice Please
One more thing, I'll be shooting raw but am aware of the write times for S5 raws so was also thinking of her shooting jpegs since its still possible to recover significant detail from those.
Shoot JPEG+RAF, you will mostly use JPEGS anyway.
As for the settings I use more or less these Marco's settings:
FILM = STANDARD
D-RANGE = 230% (W1)
COLOR = STD
TONE = HARD
SHARPNESS = M-SOFT
NOISE REDUCTION = ORG (STD smears details)
ISO up to 1000 (additional pixels don't work above 1000)
File Size = M (L is interpolated in a different way, I quite don't like it).
they suit me well with changes as needed.
Be advised that S5 has a very strong AA filter and depends on the glass immensively. Most primes will work fine, zooms - mostly pro-grade or very sharp/contrasty ones like 28-105. 18-105/18-135 look a little flat, 18-200 is a no-no.
Don't forget to bring a quality flash with you
